AANP:

The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) is a United States NP organization that promotes the NP role in various ways at the national level.  The AANP has over 26,000 members who advocate for the interests of more than 125,000 NPs who practice in the U.S.  NPNY is one such member.  As a member of the AANP, NPNY sends representatives to their regional conferences.  The AANP is comprised of 11 regions.  NPNY participates in the Region 2 conferences.
